location is prime. it is close to public transport i seen. shops were nearby. i found the cleaner coming everyday with fresh towels which i like. the staff were friendly too.
my room felt not very safe. it had only one lock on the door which i dont find secure. i could hear people moving around at night because walls are thin. the wifi was unreliable in my room which was frustrating.

the hotel location is superb right next to the underground. it made getting around very easy. nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience. the staff was genuinely friendly providing excellent assistance.
the room only had one lock it lacked an additional latch. this affected peace of mind slightly . the thin walls allowed noise to travel easily at night.

the staff greeted guests warmly at arrival and departure. they were always available at the reception desk to answer questions or provide assistance. they offered helpful advice for local attractions and directions to nearby metro stations.

the location was great i enjoyed the easy access to bus and metro stations. staff were nice and well-behaved. the breakfast was tasty.
my room was narrow the beds made lots of noise. the bathroom wasn't great, it lacked a toilet as it was presented in photos.

I discovered a fantastic location with every shop imaginable nearby. My room was super clean. The staff were awesome too. They were so friendly and kind, offering useful information.
My main issue was the noise at night. It disrupted my sleep each night.
