i found a very clean suite. the pool offered great relaxation. the hotel is near robinson's mall, very convenient for shopping. i appreciated the excellent security.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy. i heard some generator sounds outside. these noises continued throughout the night. it made sleeping difficult.

the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! the front desk assisted me with directions. the security personnel were always visible and attentive. i found their service really good.

noisy air conditioningmissing tissues
the air conditioning was noisy. it made sleeping difficult. i also noticed the bathroom lacked basic amenities. there were no tissues available, inconvenient. the fixed rain shower meant i had to wet my hair even when i didn't want to.

The staff assisted with arranging a Grab taxi to the airport , which I found very helpful. The breakfast offered a nice selection , even though it was not a buffet. The swimming pool was a great amenity , and it featured several loungers.
I noticed the absence of tissues in the room, which I expected to be provided. The shower was a fixed rain shower, so hair got wet, and no shower cap was available.
