The staff are helpful. the location is convenient. Jordan mtr station is nearby. i could easily leave my baggage before check-in. the 7/11 right outside is convenient.
the room was a bit dim. i also found a small hole in one of the towels. the shower area had some cracks.

plenty of eateries are nearby on both sides of nathan road! two food courts are within a 5-minute walk, one north, one south at the prudential hotel. this made finding meals simple.

the reception staff was very kind, even calling a taxi for me when i needed one. the housekeeping and repair teams provided excellent, prompt service . i really appreciated their quick responses.

Location was acceptable because Jordan MTR station was easily accessible. Other bus stops were also nearby.
The woman at check-in seemed quite rude. Her condescending attitude gave a terrible first impression to me. WiFi was also unreliable. It went in and out a lot.
