The hotel has a very nice site with rooms at the back, also a cricket ground, so it is a very nice place. i found it quiet and safe. the staff were very helpful and friendly. I found them amazing!!! the room was a reasonable size, and also had a good bathroom too.
I noticed the furniture is a bit outdated. i could get over that.

I found it easy to locate, thanks to the clear signage!!! the room itself offered great value. the heating system worked perfectly. I had consistent access to really hot water. i also appreciated the attentive nature of the staff.
the card reader on the door had exposed batteries. a gap under the door worried me slightly.

the room was clean with a comfy bed. the staff were friendly, it really made a difference. i found basic amenities present. there was even a hairdresser within the premises. it felt very convenient!
The hotel could use some refurbishment and investment. The furniture looks a bit outdated. i feel a refresh could elevate the guest experience.

The staff at reception was friendly and cute. An electric car charging point is available. Parking was very convenient directly outside my room for easy unloading. The room was clean and had all necessities.
The shower curtain kept sticking to me because the curtain pole in the shower was mounted too far over the bath. It could be improved by repositioning the pole. This made showering less comfortable.

The parking was directly outside my room. Unloading luggage was super easy! I found bottled water and biscuits in the room, such a nice touch! The staff were friendly, and the entire stay was quiet. It was really relaxing.
The room could use some updating. Some plugs looked a bit cracked.
