cozy nights near the heart
helpful staff great care
i picked this place mainly because my dear friend and i were venturing on a cycling trip along the leeds liverpool canal. it was only a short distance from our starting point. the staff were genuinely helpful and took great care in securing our bikes. it had enough space for two bikes.
during my stay, i noticed there was no lift. i found this a bit inconvenient. perhaps some modernisation could enhance the overall experience.

Amazing Stay!
attentive staff comfortable bed great location
Fresh towels were available upon request, and bins were emptied regularly. The bed was very comfortable and lovely. I found the location fantastic. It is close to various venues with a quick walk into town. I will stay again!
The windows did not shut completely, and noise from outside was noticeable due to single glazing.

I found the staff friendly, and they were helpful. The location worked perfectly, because the bus stop was so close. I also appreciated the warm temperature in both my room and the bathroom. The room was clean. The hotel was a good value.
My room required updates as it looked old, and I did notice how thin the walls were.
