i found a comfy room and fresh linen and a soft carpet. the staff are friendly and helpful. i will recommend this hotel! the hotel have free parking and a good location.

i noticed a weak shower and a slow draining shower tray, but it was no big deal.

I found the hotel clean and bright. My room had cooking facilities, a kettle, and an ironing board. It was great to have everything needed for a complete stay. Free parking was available, and I appreciated being left to my own devices without any upsell pressures (which is always a plus!).

The TV signal in my room occasionally cut off, a minor inconvenience.

I walked around the hotel. It looks newly refurbished and a good job was done. The decor is lovely and the ambience feels warm. The bed was comfortable. The self-contained kitchenette is an added bonus. It reduces expenses on restaurant food.

The shower tray drained slowly. This was only a very slight issue.

i found the rooms to be super clean. the staff was consistently courteous . overall, the atmosphere was cute.

the window in my room did not shut completely. i was therefore disturbed by noise from a busy road. the wardrobe was just two hangers on the back of the door. the alternative to sitting on the bed was a dining room chair.

My room was equipped with cooking facilities, which i FOUND convenient. A kettle, hairdryer and ironing board were also included. A co-op across the street was very handy. The location is a short walk from both the town centre and the train station.

My tv connection was sometimes poor , it kept cutting off. The carpark could use better lighting for security. i also felt MORE pillows were needed for the bed.
