Fantastic Hotel Experience!
convenient location helpful staff arcade store
The hotel provided comfortable lodging close to local eateries. It was easy to find several restaurants and cafes within walking distance! I especially liked the arcade and convenience store inside. They proved very useful. The staff were helpful.
The heating unit made a strange noise at night.

The hotel features an elevator. It makes all floors accessible. There is also a pool available . It is open for extended hours. Guests also have access to a convenient on-site parking area .

The hotel is in the city center and close to many different places. Several breweries are nearby and easy to reach. There is also a grocery store only a short walk from the building.

The room included nice sheets and pillows. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked perfectly. The rooms were clean, including the bathrooms. This mattered a lot to me and my companion.

musty smell traffic noise
the location was good, and the staff were helpful with directions.
The room felt dated and not particularly clean. the bathroom had a lingering musty smell (i mean, it was quite noticeable). the noise from nearby traffic made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps better soundproofing is needed.

helpful staff arcade access extended stay
the pool and hot tub were open later than most hotels.. plus, the arcade offered a nice way to spend time. the staff member doing my check-in was nice and helpful. this service influenced my decision to stay another night instead of moving on with my trip.
the room overlooked a parking lot with dumpsters.

efficient service clean room
the staff provided efficient service, and the room was clean. the location is convenient, close to many restaurants. i found the climate control unit very effective (especially during warmer days).
the carpets showed some wear and tear (minor, but noticeable).

Underwhelming Experience
breakfast setup homeless people
The check-in process was quick, I guess.
I found the breakfast setup disappointing. It was more like a paid coffee counter than anything substantial. It reminded me of a money grab. Homeless people sleeping near my car was not a pleasant sight. This happened more than once during my short stay. Honestly, I'm not sure why this place costs more than other options around here.
