unpleasant smell visible mould
the location was acceptable though nothing special.
The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. It. there also seemed to be some mould present, unacceptable for a hotel room. i expect better hygiene.

mixed feelings about the stay
unclear check-in uncomfortable beds
the self check-in was not smooth. i got the door code only when i asked for it upon arrival (sarcasm intended, obviously). also, the room and the toilet and shower were small. the beds were not comfortable and seemed old.

Quiet street near the station
excellent location clean room functional kitchen
The location was excellent, close to both the train and bus stations, very convenient for my travels. My room was clean, and everything was tidy upon arrival. The kitchen had all I needed, and there's a shop nearby, though I mostly ate out because of the many restaurants close by.
The entrance and the outside area needed attention. There was dirt present, not ideal.

The double room included a private bathroom. It had fresh towels. The beds were neatly made and were quite comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept, which i appreciated.

The kitchen included all the basics for cooking simple meals. I found it very useful. The rooftop seating area was nice. Air conditioning was effective, keeping the room cool.

I didn't eat at the hotel, but many restaurants and cafes were nearby, only a short walk away. A corner shop down the street offered essentials for those wanting to prepare their own meals. I found some AMAZING local restaurants.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus and train stations. It was also within walking distance to the harbour and other attractions. The street was quiet, a big plus.

complicated check-in insecure platform
The check-in was complicated. I received instructions via WhatsApp. This message was very long and detailed. Finding the keys took time. I think sending a copy of my ID via WhatsApp is insecure. The platform is not protected for such sensitive data.
