Check-in and check-out was so fast. i talked to a staff member in the lobby, and they were friendly and helpful!!! i also found complimentary coffee available in reception every morning. It was a very nice touch!!!
the parking fee was like an unexpected additional charge. paying extra for parking felt a bit inconvenient, especially as a hotel guest.

A cereal bar and a bottle of water were a gift. it was great!!! the hotel also featured a little booth where you could grab coffee, drinks, and ready-made sandwiches. It was convenient.

the hotel is well situated for getting around. i found the location to be convenient and accessible. being within walking distance of the mall meant i could easily explore shops and restaurants!!!
