Handy location near Wien Hbf

The hotel is a short walk from the Wien Hauptbahnhof train station. The U-Bahn station is VERY nearby. I found the room to be clean. The hotel cleaned the rooms daily. This was nice.

I found my classic room to be spacious and well kept. It felt quite fresh. the location was very convenient. it was just a short walk to the main train station and public transport. the breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the strong coffee.

the air conditioning in my room was difficult to adjust. i couldn't quite get it to a comfortable temperature. it was either too cold or not effective enough.

The reception staff was helpful and polite. they offered clear directions and assistance with travel queries. i felt very welcome. Their friendly demeanor was great.

receptionist were very helpful person. room was clear, the hotel offer private parking space. it is about 20 min walk down the street to the opera house and the attractions nearby. public transport are easy to use.

during my stay, one elevator dont work and my room was on the fifth floor. i receive no compensation or an alternative suite. wifi was poor, it barely works.

the hotel had a breakfast buffet option with a lot of options, it includes pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. the coffee machine worked well and offered many options for specialized coffee drinks. the dining area was spacious and well maintained.
