The staff members are very friendly. the food they serve is very good. The place is clean. necessities like an iron and ironing board were in the room. This was very convenient, eliminating a call to reception.

I was impressed by the warm and helpful service, especially the very nice upgrade to a three-bedroom unit. It was the most beautiful accommodation. The staff communicated excellently even before my arrival, ensuring every detail was addressed. I found the breakfast excellent with a variety of option and the staff was friendly.
The television in the room was not working correctly .

the apartment was beautiful and the location was good. i was upgraded to a large room.
the cleaning was not good, the sheets had big stains. the towels were dirty and full of hair. the second day, they took the towels and did not replace them. i had to ask, and they brought them wet.
