The location offers convenient access by foot. Duncan was quite cute. He provided me with plenty of time in thoughtful conversation. He is also a great source of information for south american travel.
One of the hosts participated in a marathon, which did cause some issues. Her friends arrived at 4am to drop off bags. They were quite noisy until their departure for the race at approximately 5:30am. I did not sleep well because of this.

the location was pretty good. i found the owners super nice. they gave many suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. they also provided a map.
the staff were unfriendly. delayed checkin was annoying. i had to wait after a long flight and ride.

The location was near the ocean and walkable to Kennedy park. Breakfast was great every morning. Though, it was a bit repetitive.
The noise was a problem. Staff began working early, and sound insulation seemed nonexistent. This woke me up more than once.
