I appreciated the free coffee, tea, and water available on the ground floor. I also used the option to leave my suitcase after checking out, very convenient (this helped me a lot!).
The room was quite small. Windows did not properly soundproof the considerable street noise.

FANTASTIC Manhattan Stay!

The location was GREAT! Three subway stations are very close allowing easy access to many places. I found the staff quite kind! EVERYTHING was clean and VERY well maintained. I appreciated how super clean and available the shared bathrooms were. My floor even had two.
The tv remote control had limited functionality regarding the channels.

Staff members are helpful and friendly, assisting with various needs. They provide umbrellas to borrow during inclement weather. The staff offers assistance with luggage storage both before arrival and after checkout allowing for exploration without baggage.

Coffee, tea, and water are available at all times. Guests can get refreshments day or night. This is a HUGE convenience and saved me money.

amazing stay! great location!

i loved the location! it was super close to 5th avenue and broadway. the room was clean and the wood floor looked nice. the staff remembered me from when i stayed before. they also offered free coffee and tea!
the stairs was a bit clumsy to navigate.
