the staff was very friendly. the room was very clean and tidy. plenty of clean towels were available. clean cups and good tea were accessible.
i noticed our room had a potent smell of air freshener. i could not find the origin of this strong smell. the windows were frosted so there was no outside view from the room.

the hotel has a bar downstairs. they supplied good beer. the bar is accessible directly from the hotel with a key fob, this prevents passing through the public bar area to reach my room.

i found the location quite central with free parking nearby, a real plus. the hotel has a shared kitchen and lounge with complimentary milk and bread . my room included a comfy bed and a sofa, i thought it was excellent.
The wifi signal was a bit weak. I hope they improve it soon.

the hotel is in a central area of town, it is close to many amenities. free parking is available nearby, i found it very convenient. the train station is also within walking distance.

I found the staff friendly. They were very helpful throughout my stay. the live music was really good, and i could not hear it from the room. i was able to open the windows to let easy in... a nice feature. the hotel is well-positioned in town, a real advantage.
the bathroom window couldn't be closed completely, and that did let some noise in.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, always available when assistance was needed. they readily helped carry bags to the room and allowed guests to use the fridge for water and milk. this was a very useful service.

the hotel is at the center of town and only a short walk from the train station. the key fob access system allowed entry to the hotel part without going through the pub. this setup offered added convenience.

The hotel was very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The location is quite central. I found parking nearby without any difficulty.
The bathroom window would not close. Outside noise disturbed my sleep. The noise came from cars on the street.

i stayed in a room above the function room. they had loud music on until 11pm one night. i was warned weekends might be noisy , but not weekdays. it was not acceptable.

The location was great for getting around.
The noise from the street at night was terrible. The windows did not block any sound. the breakfast was quite limited. There was no fresh fruit available at all.
