noisy roomnon-existent wifi
the room i got was quite noisy (i was really annoyed by that). staff and visitors passed through the hall often. plus, there was no wifi, i was warned but i expected it to work a little bit.

The staff were so cute. our room, a standard TRIPLE room, felt new. i appreciated the fresh white towels and bedding provided in the room. SUCH luxury!

amazing hostsquick helpreally good servicenoisy room
nigel and kate were very cute and accommodating! they were really good too ensure we had everything needed. if any issues arose, help was offered quickly, they asked us to let them know. the service was really good.
The quadruple room was on the ground floor next to the main entrance. It was quite noisy as staff and visitors passed. the noise stopped around 11:00 pm. people smoked outside the front door, which stayed open, and we could smell smoke in the room.

i had issues the room was small it was a squeeze to get between the tv stand and the bed the bin had not been emptied it still had the previous guest's rubbish
