excellent stay NEAR EVERYTHING
great host handy location
Isabella IS a GREAT host. SHE was friendly and inviting. Location is handy. everything of interest is within walking distance.
room furniture IS poor. there are no bedside lockers. the bathroom IS also very poor.

Fantastic stay near the lake!
warm host complimentary drinks optimal location
Isobella provided AMAZING instructions for checking in. She welcomed me so warmly upon arrival. The kitchen offered complimentary coffee, tea, and milk, a nice touch. I found the location optimal. It was a short walk to the train station and ferry.
I noticed some noise from other guests at times.

the location was fantastic. it was close to the ferries' pier, made exploring by boat easy. our room was clean and well-appointed.. it had rituals soaps plus complimentary water and snacks.
the room i booked did not match the photos online. the bathroom was old and damaged. it lacked a bidet. the mattress was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was very noisy.

great location helpful recommendations thin walls poor drainage
i loved that the location was so close to everything! it was just a short walk to the lake and the town. isabella was kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
the walls felt really thin, it made it difficult to sleep! i could hear everything happening in the rooms next to me. also, the shower didn't drain very well, kind of annoying.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
warm welcome charming dog closer hotel complimentary snacks
The staff provided a warm welcome. Jack, the dog, added to the charm. We were moved to a closer hotel, near the station when our room wasn't ready. This was very helpful. The staff carried luggage up to the third floor. Our room was impeccably clean. Rituals soaps were provided. Complimentary bottled water and snacks awaited us.
The walls were quite thin, I could hear noises from other rooms. This affected my sleep.

Wonderful Stay!
perfect host immediate help great communication central location
The host was AMAZING and helped us immediately. She showed us the room and gave recommendations for places to eat! Communication was really GREAT. All issues were resolved quickly! I really loved that the location was central. Boat rental, restaurants, and grocery stores were steps away.
The walls are thin! it was a little difficult to sleep at times. Cleaner came in the room early. A do not disturb sign would be appreciated, especially for one-night stays.
