The staff was friendly and helpful. The room featured modern decor and cleanliness was apparent throughout. I used the luggage storage after checkout. It was a free service. Everything about my stay was lovely.
i noticed the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. i feel this addition would improve the quality of future stays. a small fridge would have been a welcome addition.

The staff exhibited great helpfulness with any inquiries i had. I experienced easy check-in. Staff offer assistance for luggage storage and is even free. The service was really good.

The room was bright and clean. The decor displayed a nice, minimalistic approach. There was ample wardrobe space available. The shower was decent, and a hairdryer was provided.

i didn't like that there was no one at the desk . i paid in advance for parking and was charged extra per night. the parking spot was already in use, so i couldn't park. it was my worst experience.

The location was convenient. It was close to a mall and the Pankow station. The room was cosy, clean, and modern (i liked the decor). The bed was very comfortable.
The absence of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms is an issue. I cannot understand this omission, especially given the rudimentary cafe and bar facility. A fridge in each room would also greatly improve the quality of stay. The rooms are spacious, yet the complete absence of storage is ridiculous.
