i found the hotel easily accessible. the free shuttle covered a two-mile radius, proving very useful (i especially liked this). i also enjoyed the convenience to the riverwalk. the staff was friendly and addressed my needs promptly.
the room had a gap under the door, odd. it let light and noise from the hallway enter. this affected my sleep, unfortunately.

the front desk CLERK was very helpful. he recommended the hotel's shuttle. the room was comfortable and clean. i would definitely stay there again!
There was no coffee in the lobby. nowhere nearby opens till 7. limited hot water and no lobby coffee was disappointing for what i paid. IT was meh.

the hotel had a great location near many restaurants. the staff was pleasant and helpful.
The doors slammed loudly. This disrupted my sleep. housekeeping only knocked on the door to ask if we needed anything. They did not clean the room. i could hear the toilet flushing from nearby rooms. This was distracting.

I LOVED the super convenient location near the University. Highway access was really easy, and the airport was close by. The staff IS friendly and helped me a lot. My room had comfortable climate so it was great after a long day.

My HUGE picture window gave me amazing Riverwalk views. The quick access to the riverwalk made things great. The bed had plenty of pillows so I slept good. The cleaning service changed the towels and cleaned as needed.

The location was amazing. I was close to the main roads. Restaurants and cafés were all within easy reach. The staff was really polite, answering all my questions with a smile. Parking was also easy. I found a spot quickly.
The shuttle driver drove dangerously one evening. This included not using turn signals. The driver also drove slowly on a busy street. His actions nearly caused an accident. The behavior was very unprofessional.
