a total gem!!!
beautiful roomhelpful stafftasty sandwiches
the room was beautiful and clean. the staff were helpful and accommodating. breakfast included tasty sandwiches ordered the night before, fresh croissants, cereal, juice, jams. tea and coffee. the bed was super comfortable!!!

single bedsdrain smell
the bed in the room was just two singles pushed together. this arrangement was not comfortable for sleeping. also the bathroom smelled strongly of drains. i think there may have been mould and mildew in there. that smell was really unpleasant

The restaurant food was good.
I found a terrible drain smell in the bathroom. The window also barely opened. An air cooler was ineffectual, I believe. This smell ensured I had a bad night.

I found the family room quite excellent. It provided everything we could have asked for. the breakfast was lovely. There was also a sandwich if we wanted one each day. friendly staff ensured our needs were met. i also appreciated the cleanliness.
The air cooler was rather inefficient. This made regulating the room's temperature a slight challenge.

the hotel sits conveniently near key attractions, offering easy access. it has an attached restaurant that operates until late, providing an excellent option for dining after a long day. this setup proved very useful.

The staff seemed very polite and attentive. They greatly contributed to a cute atmosphere. their efficiency and willingness to assist were evident throughout our stay, further enhancing the overall positive experience. it made a big difference.

warm welcomeeasy accesssandwich qualityunusual setup
i appreciated the warm welcome. the room provided a good night's sleep (i slept like a log!). i also found plenty of parking at the back of the premises. the car park was easy to access.
The continental breakfast setup was a bit unusual. i had to order a sandwich for breakfast the night before. the sandwich was not great. It had too much mayonnaise and not enough tuna.

the breakfast system was just odd i had to order a sandwich the night before it ended up sitting in my room overnight it was not exactly fresh the next morning plus there was way too much mayonnaise on it i mostly just threw it away
