The hotel location was excellent. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and availability to assist with any questions. Maryam arranged my airport transport and sent a message after my return (a sweet touch!). The daily room cleaning service.

the hotel location proved convenient.
the room had issues. the bathroom door did not close properly, and the toilet flushing was weak. the window also had a broken mechanism, a detail i found quite irritating after a while.
