Wonderful Gardens and Pools
beautiful gardensfriendly staffthree pool options
I found the gardens especially beautiful, filled with squirrels and birds. The staff was friendly and consistently kind to the children. I appreciated that there were three pool options. My family had a lot of fun there.

our room was spacious and well-kept. the balcony attached to the room was quite large. i found the three pools to be a real asset, each offering a slightly different vibe, and all in good condition. the gardens were beautifully kept.
the bathroom design could benefit from some modernization.

The breakfast was nice. I found something tasty and fresh. The pools are lovely and clean with perfect temperature. I appreciate that there were three pools. This meant I could choose the vibe I wanted.
The front door was very beautiful. It was quite impractical. If one of us wanted to go to bed earlier, they either had to be locked in with no means of getting out or lock the other person out. An unlocked door gaped open and allowed heat and insects in. It was a real issue for us.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service!

I especially appreciated the lush grounds and three lovely swimming pools. The newer beautiful room I stayed in was huge and had a private balcony overlooking the pool with a bar. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a lot to choose from, including an egg station , made excellent omelettes.
I noticed the bedroom had a slightly mouldy smell. They should ensure proper ventilation.

the staff were very nice and polite. breakfast was included, which i found convenient. the location was central. it was pretty quiet overall.
The door used a padlock when i wasn't in the room. a piece of wood secured the back door handles when i was inside. i noticed gaps in the doors. Mosquitoes could enter. the rooms looked tired.

I found the staff helpful and polite. Breakfast includes a delicious omelette, also I appreciated the tropical fruit selection. The position is great with many good restaurants nearby. We had a delux room, it was an adequate size. I liked that there are three swimming pools, one has a swim up bar.
I have to mention that the pool is a bit hard to get out of.
