My room I get upgraded upon arrival! Mark is super accommodating. He get me all I need. The place is great and I enjoy a fantastic stay.
The ice machine? It is not working during the duration I stay.

basic stay with issues
teacoffeebroken shower headthin walls
the room had tea and coffee making facilities.
i found hairs in the shower the shower head was also broken it sprayed water everywhere. the walls were very thin i heard noise from other rooms all night. i did not sleep well at all because of this
