the location is excellent it has easy access to public transport. the staff was helpful with questions about the area. i appreciated the 24-hour bar.
the room lacked proper soundproofing i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. there was no air conditioning in the room making it uncomfortable. the room was not cleaned daily which was unexpected.

stairs decoration was in progress. this resulted in staff rudeness. the room faced a very busy and noisy road. there was also only one fan available. i am glad to leave this is not acceptable.
