The staff provided very helpful directions to local attractions. The room had a washing machine and dryer (a great feature for longer trips).
The walls were thin, and I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep well (I could hear traffic).

the staff was helpful to all peoples staying in the hotel.
the room cleaning was not up to standards, i found a previous guest's personal item in my room. additionally, the location was farther from the main attractions, requiring bus rides of thirty to forty minutes. its value for money is questionable considering its location and lacking services.

i loved our room it felt so spacious and well-designed the traditional touches added to the charm i found the washer and dryer combo especially useful i could pack lighter for my trip the staff were consistently friendly and helpful making me feel welcome. the little zen garden was a perfect start to the day i appreciated the quiet contemplation before heading out to explore

I appreciated the washer and dryer in the bathroom. It was very useful. the room was beautifully decorated with quality linen. the hotel is right beside a good bus route and close to a bakery. the zen garden on each floor provided a peaceful retreat.
the sliding panels in the room let through a lot of light in the morning so an eye mask is recommended

Very nice Stay, A Tranquil Oasis!

The receptionist was very attentive. They prepared a luggage transfer form. Everything was smooth. I found the washing machine useful. It even dried most of my clothes, amazing!!! The traditional Japanese ambience was superb. The well-planned design really reflected the traditional aesthetic. The bento-style breakfast boxes were delivered fresh each morning. They provided a traditional start to each day.
The walls and the room door are not well-insulated. I was like I was camping on the street because the noise level was high. The water feature noise and the fridge sounds added to an otherwise restless night.

The staff addressed my requests. They prepared the luggage transfer form ahead of time, ensuring a smooth process. I appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.

The room was spacious. The traditional sliding screens and sturdy wood panels provided both privacy and light control. I liked the garden views with pond and lazy carp. The washing machine was a bonus. Wooden flooring was available instead of carpeted floors.
