The staff was very friendly. They were especially helpful with directions. Very clean rooms were a bonus, as was the mini fridge.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The lobby also lacked these facilities.

The hotel had a central location near public transport options. The staff were friendly upon my arrival. The room was clean, including the bathroom. I could enjoy the rooftop pool even after check-out, and the staff helped with a charger adapter.
The mattress was too soft for my comfort.

The breakfast had plenty of options to choose, both sweet and savory. The breakfast area was calm and inviting. Fresh food ensured a great start to the day. The coffee was really good.

The room size was perfect for two people. It was simple, as described and clean. The bathroom and towels were perfectly clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job. They left fresh towels and arranged everything neatly.

The building sits within fair walking distance from important city tourist objectives. A tmb bus station is outside the building across the street. It is in a central location, very well connected to the city center and other parts of town.

The rooftop has a lovely view of the city with a pool and jacuzzi. The pool and hot tub on the roof. The reception area was clean and cute, it felt quite inviting.

All the staff from reception to the restaurant were super friendly. They were always there to help with every request. The staff was kind, cute, and professional. I felt at home right away.

the breakfast had many options , including some local dishes. the rooftop pool was open in the afternoons , which i appreciated after sightseeing.
the room smelled a bit musty , and i noticed some mold in the bathroom. the air conditioning did not seem to work properly .
