Fantastic stay! Super Friendly and Clean!
cute host spacious room free parking
Mike was SO cute! He showed us around our spacious family room. The room had everything we needed. it was clean. Free parking was available right in front of the building, convenient.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but that's a VERY minor detail!

Off-street parking is available. It is a VERY short walk from the accommodation to the town and seafront. The location is fantastic!!!

Mike is a superb host. He goes above and beyond. He is friendly and always accommodating, offering helpful tips and ensuring everyone feels welcome. Conversations with him were good. He is humorous and very helpful.

The family room is a great size. The room is very comfy and tidy. The room also includes tea and coffee facilities that were generously stocked with essentials, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy a hot beverage upon arrival!!!

acceptable but overpriced stay
soft beds dirty shower screen
the off-road parking provided a practical solution in the area.
the cost of nearly £300 for a single night felt excessive. the beds were uncomfortably soft and did not provide adequate support. the shower screen in the bathroom required thorough cleaning and maintenance.

The location was excellent for travel, especially since i had an early train. Michael was very friendly. The room was big (i think it could have slept four).
The bathroom was quite small. It was okay though since my stay was just for one night. i also noticed the shower screen needed cleaning (a minor issue).

cute host free parking reasonable walk
The host was very cute and helpful, this I appreciated. Free parking at the hotel was useful. The walk to the harbour was a reasonable distance.

Charming Stay with a Superb Host
excellent location spacious room kind host
The location proved excellent, only a short walk to many local places. The room provided generous space and cleanliness, a bonus after a long journey. I appreciated the owner Mike. He offered so much kindness. He suggested a great cafe nearby (really lovely!).
The bathroom was a little small, but it was perfectly adequate for my short stay.
