The location was great! It was near Roma Termini train station and close to the city center. We were lucky and received another room in the second location. The room was big and clean.
It was a bit hard to locate the entrance? It was a far walk from the main attractions. You can catch the metro to key sites, but the walk was still long!

Acceptable but Flawed
sewage smellloud fan
The check-in process was confusing. I had to collect keys at a separate office. This wasted about an hour. The apartment smelled of sewage. The bathroom fan was very loud and came on with the light, hindering sleep. It seemed like the owner tried to mask the problem instead of fixing it.

The location was convenient to the main transport hub I found it easy to catch buses and trains. My room had daily cleaning service I saw fresh towels provided each day. I also appreciated the reliable wi-fi signal I used it for both work and leisure. The air conditioning unit worked well it kept the room comfortable.

i found the rooms clean plus comfortable. the staff was friendly . there were many food options and shops nearby so it was easy to find everything i needed. the location was very near termini station, i appreciated its proximity.
The pillows felt a bit flat. I asked for extra pillows but these did not arrive.
