Decent Stay with Some Disappointments

I felt somewhat let down by a few things. Breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30 AM, but there wasn't much food left by 8:30 AM. Finding a free table was also surprisingly difficult. The staff at check-in didn't. They just handed over the keys without much information (it would have been nice to hear about hotel amenities).

The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast. It had a decent selection of breads. Scrambled eggs, sausage biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, and hash browns were available. A toaster was also present for toasting breads. I found a hidden gem in their bistro menu. The food was ample and good. I also appreciated the coffee and snacks.
I noticed the rooms are only cleaned once a week with a refresh every two days. My room was not refreshed even after three days. It seems there is no reduction in price to reflect this.

The location is good for access to hospitals. The space needle is nearby. The hotel sits close to the city center, but the area felt quiet and safe. Bus connections to downtown are very close by.

Staff members were helpful. They were courteous and friendly. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The hotel has a nice breakfast with food items. Hot drinks are available 24/7. The hotel provides a nice coffee and snack service, along with breakfast. The free breakfast was varied and of good quality.

The room was spacious. The room had a well-equipped kitchen, a good workspace, and a nice sofa. A large very comfy and tidy room was provided. I was happy with the convenient apartments available for longer stays.
