a stay with issues
bathroom light unlabelled kitchen
the location was easy enough to find.
Getting in was a problem because nobody was there. i had to phone and the room needed work. the bathroom light did not work and that felt unsafe. the kitchen downstairs was also not labeled well. I had to search to find things.

The room was very clean and contained everything i needed for my stay (including extra towels). the location was convenient. It was close to amenities and public transportation.

helpful staff lovely breakfast modern bathroom nice shower
The member of staff on the phone was helpful. I found it lovely that they let us stay a little later in the morning because we were heading to a wedding. The continental breakfast set us up for the day. The bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
I noticed very slight marks on the walls, but they were minor.
