i found the staff lovely and very helpful. the restaurant on site was convenient. i appreciated the cosy and cute bar. towels were lovely and soft also.
the room seemed small. i noticed there was not enough space to put our overnight things. the person by the wall had some difficulty getting out of bed during the night.

the employees demonstrated attentiveness. they were able to offer assistance with directions and local attractions. i saw staff addressed concerns promptly and respectfully, and i believe that they were efficient in their duties.

My room was very clean. It had everything I needed. Staff were cute. The food was fine!!! Pints were reasonably priced.
The TV was not working. Previous customers altered the settings. The kettle was directly below the fire alarm. Heating water set the alarm off!!! The bedroom drinks tray was missing milk and sugar.

The staff showed excellent hospitality. They were both helpful and friendly! The real ale on tap was a treat. I found the food choices good. The rooms were clean and functional. I really enjoyed that!!!
I found no soap or shower gel in the bathroom.

The location is well laid out and the staff addressed all concerns promptly. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Breakfast included porridge and a selection of coffee and tea.
