My room had a very firm mattress. I requested shower gel and shampoo. The staff provided it. There was no kettle initially.

The king-sized bed and the air conditioning set offered a superb sleep. the closeness to the shopping centre and beach was also ideal. i also found the toilet facilities to be very good. They met all my needs.
the bar had irregular opening hours. i also had to wait until 2 pm to access my room, though many rooms were free. it felt inconvenient.

The hotel is situated near central marina shopping mall. The distance to terminal 21 is a short walk. the beach is easily accessible. It's only 300m away. it made exploring convenient.

The hotel pool is excellent. It provides a great space for relaxation. i noticed that the pool area is cleaned daily. the overall atmosphere around the pool is very peaceful.

The room is spacious. It included a desk and a large bag rack. the bed had a 2-meter width. There was also a table and two chairs. a refrigerator and safe box completed the amenities.

The hotel offers good room facilities. It included english-speaking tv channels. i did not encounter any issues. The selections were comprehensive. the experience felt complete.

i loved the comfy beds! the shower had nice hot water, and i really liked the working fridge. the location is perfect. the staff were very pleasant, and i appreciated the swimming pool and bar being so nice.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the medium room. The bathroom seemed modern. All appliances worked properly (the air conditioning was very effective, always a plus!). The hotel offers good value and is near the beach. It is located in a quiet street with shops nearby.
The towels looked worn.
