i found the staff very friendly. the gardens seemed beautiful and provided a tranquil atmosphere. the location was useful because it offered easy access to nearby attractions.
The room felt smaller than expected and seemed a bit claustrophobic. during my stay there was a problem with the shutters, so there was too much light in the mornings. breakfast seemed limited regarding sweet options. The mini-croissants were not to my liking.

they provided a helpful map with detailed tourist information , made exploring the area easy. daily cleaning kept my room clean throughout my visit. the staff allowed me to store my luggage after check-out because my flight was later.
the hot water took a long time to come out of the shower which was slightly inconvenient

the fridge in my room was useful for storing drinks i appreciated that
the walls were thin i could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms it made sleeping difficult at times the noise from the street was also noticeable especially late at night soundproofing would be a worthwhile improvement the bed was firmer than i prefered
