low pressure night noise
The cleanliness fell short of expectations the bathroom and shower were especially disappointing I noticed low water pressure making showers frustrating. Noise levels at night also posed a problem it made getting a good night's sleep hard. It was not a comfortable stay. I'm sad to report that our experience was not ideal.

accessible location functional elevator useful fridge
The location was very accessible to the train station. i had a functional elevator to reach my floor. This was especially helpful with luggage. my room included a fridge. I stored some drinks there.
the temperature control in the room was a bit difficult to manage!

The location is fantastic with easy access to the railway station and nearby restaurants. The staff members were very helpful and friendly . The room had comfortable beds, air conditioning, and free WiFi, nice amenities. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee available throughout the day.
The shower had weak pressure, and the towels provided were only bath size, not bath sheets. I recommend that future guests bring their own stand-up mirror as there is not one in the room itself. the hairdryer was quite weak

mixed feelings about my stay
tram noise broken lights
the bed was comfy enough for a few nights of sleep, i guess.
i had trouble with the noise. a tram runs right outside, and it was loud at all hours. plus, some of the lights in the room just didn't work which was annoying, especially at that price.
