i found the check-in process friendly and efficient. the staff were very helpful and available. the location was close to shops and restaurants (convenient for quick meals).
the entrance and stairs had a slight odour during the day.

The location was convenient enough for my needs during this trip.
The listing falsely advertised it as a hotel. It felt more like a hostel, and the shared bathroom was not properly maintained. I saw visible mold there, which I found unacceptable.
