the staff were cute they took care of my luggage with such care the cook made a breakfast that warmed my heart. parking was available and my car felt secure there.
the walls felt a little thin i could hear some sounds from other rooms

the staff provided really good security and reliable service. my room was clean and spacious, i greatly appreciated this. the location is very convenient, the bob marley museum is only a short walk away.
the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a noticeable inconvenience. it would greatly improve the experience if rooms included this feature.

the breakfast was delicious, and i particularly loved the local options like ackee and saltfish. the fried dumplings were an amazing touch, bringing back wonderful memories!

Customer service was great. They contacted me to confirm my arrival. the front desk staff was nice and helpful with directions. security on the hotel was very visible, giving me peace of mind!!!
