a fairly basic stay
convenient locationhelpful staffsmall roomstiff pillows
the location was convenient near a 7-eleven. otsuka station was within walking distance. staff were friendly and helpful. coin laundry was available on site and open 24/7
the room was quite small fitting only two people. pillows felt stiff. i also noticed some visible stains on the duvet cover. the window offered a limited view from the tenth floor
