kind staffterrible smell

The staff was indeed very kind and helpful, especially ali (i mean, that's a plus). check-in and check-out went smoothly. No complaints there.

My room smelled terribly. It was quite off-putting. when i got home, all my clothes reeked so badly that everything needed washing. i'm not sure what caused it, maybe a cleaning product or just poor ventilation, but it definitely impacted my stay.

The location was superb given its proximity to Covent Garden. It also made access to tube stations very easy. I found the room clean on arrival. The bed offered adequate comfort .

The bathroom was small , made movement somewhat restricted.

The location was acceptable for my needs.

The room size was smaller than I expected I struggled with limited space. The cleanliness left something to be desired specifically I found dust accumulation in corners and along the edges of the floor.
