adequate stay with some drawbacks
good locationthin walllimited privacy
the location was good, close to many places i wanted to visit.
The room felt quite small. soundproofing was definitely an issue (i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms). i also had a problem with the bathroom. It lacked privacy because of gaps in the glass structure.

amazing stay in the heart of it all!

i was so happy the location was central, just a block from the maxwell mtr! hawker food and markets were super close too. the room was clean and had new towels. new rags every day. the chinatown metro station exit a is so close, and souvenir shops are right outside!
The walls felt a little thin. I could hear some noise at times.

The receptionists are friendly and approachable, and the housekeeping staff does a great job! they allowed an early check-in which was very convenient after a long flight. I really appreciated that extra help.

the spacious lounge and pantry area is a great amenity and kept in excellent condition. the rooms are clean with everything you need, the bed sheets and pillows were maintained at a very high standard and the projector was very cool!

the location was excellent near the mrt station. i could leave my bag after checkout while exploring. the rooms are designed effectively without wasting space. the bedding provided a peaceful sleep.
the shower area felt too exposed. blurring strips did not provide sufficient privacy. i could see figures showering through the window. this.
