The staff was helpful . The hotel provided free bus transportation to the Haram, THIS was convenient. It was a short ride.
The building was old. The bathroom was small, I found it difficult to take a shower. Only one key card was given for the room.

I appreciated the consistent availability of the bus outside the hotel. this made travel to masjid al haram straightforward. the rooms were clean. It smelled good. the reception was helpful when required.

The location was convenient for prayer. The walk to the Haram took only about 10 minutes. The staff were helpful. I found them easy to connect with through WhatsApp, which I appreciated.
My room lacked essential amenities. I found no soap or shampoo upon arrival. The advertised transportation to the holy site was unavailable. The internet connection was noticeably weak, and it hampered my ability to stay connected.

the receptionist seemed unhelpful when i arrived at the hotel. he seemed very busy with his MOBILE.

The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the mosque, very helpful. I also appreciated that dedicated parking was available in the basement at a reasonable cost. The fresh smell of the towels, sheets, and bed decorations confirmed they were laundered. The room was spacious, even with four beds inside.
