Fantastic City Getaway!

The front desk staff was so friendly and quick at check-in I got to my room fast I really liked the speedy service. The room was also very clean the linens smelled fresh. I appreciated the public transportation options the bus stop located directly outside the hotel made it easy to explore. The complimentary coffee available all day was a great touch especially in the morning.
The air conditioning unit made some noise.

I liked the hotel for its convenient access to various dining options. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel, with cuisines ranging from fast food to more formal dining experiences. This made meal times really flexible and easy to manage.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the city center with easy access to main attractions. Public transportation is directly in front of the building. I found the location to be very accessible and time-saving.

The street car stops right outside THE front door which was convenient. The staff members were helpful with directions and information. Bottles of water were supplied in the room, I appreciated this. The bed was comfy, I slept well.
There was only one small desk in the room. More desk space would be useful.

The hotel is fairly close to Union Station. Dundas square is also within walking distance. This provides easy access to public transportation. The area is accessible, I could quickly reach various destinations.

the streetcar stop is very close to the entrance . i found free coffee and breakfast to be available .
i noticed the absence of a garbage can outside the bathroom , which was slightly inconvenient.

the room was quite spacious and clean. the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. the front desk staff was friendly and accommodated my request to arrive a bit early.
The street outside felt unsafe at night. the breakfast was quite limited. i could hear a lot of noise from the street since my room was near the bus stop. I could not open the window.
