the location was great and close to the metro station. the staff was very pleasant and helpful . i particularly appreciated how they took care of my requests promptly. the breakfast had a very nice selection of items to choose from.
the bathroom was a bit small, though otherwise very clean.

The newly renovated rooms had a nice scent and were very clean. the rooms were also stylish with spacious, comfortable beds. the bathrooms were clean. And included all necessary amenities.

The service was top notch, permanently available at any time. the staff acted with courtesy and addressed all my needs. They were attentive to detail. housekeeping ensured i had everything i needed daily.

i found the staff supportive and helpful. yaseer, wasif and other reception and room service staff were really good. they were friendly and efficient. the hotel is in a great location. i stayed for one week during a business trip and it definitely worked for me.
there were several brown stains all over the carpet. i booked a non-smoking room. the room reeked of cigarette smoke, even the bed sheets. it was not satisfactory.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby metro stations! there were also multiple restaurants and shops within short walking distance, convenient. this accessibility made exploring the area very easy.
