I was grateful for the help arranging transport from puerto princesa. the location was the best, i highly recommend it. the view from the balcony was superb. I woke up to an unbelievable view of the bay. the staff was helpful and the cafe downstairs had excellent coffee.
The shower temperature was not consistent. It fluctuated between very hot and cold.

The location was perfect. Everything was nearby. the hotel had a beachfront location. the hotel is situated a bit away from the hustle. it is still central though.

our room had a balcony with a sea view. the room was clean. it included a comfortable bed. the accommodation is basic! but it does the trick.

The staff in the lobby were sweet and helpful. they were accommodating when our boat was cancelled due to weather. I really appreciated it. communication was very good. the receptionist were helpful!

the location was convenient. i was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff were cute and helpful. there was free drinking water available.
the power went off at random times, day and night. i did not have a real blanket, only a sheet. the shower temperature was inconsistent. sometimes i got scalding hot water.

I really liked the location. It was close to everything. the staff was very friendly and helpful (they even helped with tour bookings). my room had a sea view, which i enjoyed a lot. i could easily walk to restaurants and shops.
the bathroom cleanliness was poor. i found a dirty hairband behind the sink. the shower also seemed dirty.

i booked a family suite and it included a single bed and a queen bed plus two extra beds. they provided amenities such as toothbrushes, toilet rolls, and towels. the room also offered a nice beach and mountain view.

the location was very nice. stores, restaurants and bars are a couple minutes walk away. it's directly in front of a beach. staff is lovely and very helpful. they helped us book all the tours we needed.
