helpful staffe-bikesair conditioning
staff stored our bikes overnight they were very helpful i enjoyed the breakfast in a quiet location it was very relaxing. the hotel located near the galloping goose trail was a great bonus i spent a morning biking along the trail. the e-bikes were a great touch and free.
the air conditioning does not really cool the place down fridge door does not close unless you make sure it is closed i did notice a few places you can trip as not all blocks are even.

the staff was very nice and friendly they provided assistance with storing bikes i found their helpfulness particularly valuable they also offered useful information on local trails making my stay smoother.

the breakfast was simple and good it included basic continental options such as pastries and yogurt. i appreciated the availability of specialty espresso drinks from the espresso machine it added a nice touch to the morning routine.

The complimentary e-bike rental gave me a nice bonus I enjoyed the clean bright bathroom a lot. I had time to use the kayak on the gorge waterway the towels and bedding were great. Staff was also very accommodating

The rooms are renovated well inside. The exterior appearance is deceiving. i made good use of the complimentary e-bikes. victoria's dedicated bike lanes made it easy to explore the waterfront and other sights. it covered about 25 km.
i noticed noise from the laundry room. specifically, the washing machines were quite loud. it might bother guests sensitive to noise.
