easy access and quiet location

the hotel provides excellent communication from the agent. i felt very secure and the space was very clean. i appreciated the comfortable bed and hotel-like white bedding.
the room was booked for two guests, but there was only one teaspoon provided. the fan emitted a loud, irregular noise when switched on, so i couldn't use it. i noticed a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the toilet's plumbing.

My room was quite small I barely had space to move. The chair seemed determined to get stuck in the carpet it was really annoying. The bed was not great and the pillow provided little support that was disappointing.

the wifi was quite slow. the pillows were too thick. it was boiling inside the room even though there was an electric fan.

i found the room clean and well presented. it was a very big room, which i appreciated. i had easy to understand check-in instructions and could follow them without problems.
the walls are thin and i could hear other guests.
