The staff were very helpful and kind i really appreciated that. the room design was nice, a real highlight. surprisingly, it was quiet considering how busy the neighborhood is. I wasn't expecting that. the beds felt very comfortable too. A real plus after long days.
the room lacked closet space, it was inconvenient when staying for more than a few days.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. This made finding dinner easy. around the hotel are many food places, giving plenty of options. i could easily walk to several places.

The location was excellent! though the parking was expensive. it provided easy access to transport. the hotel is near several sights, a convenience store, hip restaurants and public transport. This was very convenient.

I appreciated the excellent location, close to many attractions. yasaka shrine and ninenzaka lane were within walking distance. the hotel's proximity to the gion metro station made transit easy. Fushimi inari was only a short ride away.
there was a slight lack of closet space, which presented a minor inconvenience during my multiple night stay.

The staff offered luggage delivery and storage. This was very helpful. they were able to communicate effectively in english, a service i very much appreciated. they responded to my questions promptly.

the hotel offered coin operated washing machines, very practical for travellers. the external lighting around the hotel looked wonderful at night. security measures were present .

i appreciated the proximity to many sites. public transport was a short walk of 5 minutes, it made getting around very easy. the staff were helpful. i also found a 7-eleven just around the corner, a great convenience. the hotel ensured quiet nights, something i greatly valued.
