helpful staffeastern european fooddark room
i found the staff pleasant and helpful. the food in the hotel was lovely with a mix of fish and vegetables it felt very authentic and eastern european. the room was spacious and nicely heated.
i found my room dark and unwelcoming. a carpet and new light bulbs would significantly improve the cosy factor.

I appreciated the central location. Many attractions were close. My room was ready and quite clean. The breakfast included everything needed, and it ensured I was not hungry! The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The parking situation was inconvenient. I had to park 300m away at a high cost.

the location proved convenient.
The room i was given did not match the photos, and the noise outside was AWFUL. i barely slept because of it. the breakfast was also a letdown. There was not much to choose from, and the quality was poor.

The location was central, near many attractions.
The room was too hot, even when the weather was mild outside. I also found the noise from nearby bars very loud late into the night despite earplugs. The room generally felt unclean, it had yellow-stained sheets.
