the hotel's location is unbeatable. i walked everywhere! it is a short distance to many attractions and transportation hubs. the mid-century danish modern design really gave the place character and i found the staff very helpful and quick to respond!
The room got a little warm at night. There was no air conditioning! i used a fan, but it would have been nice to have cooler air.

Breakfast included vegan options. made mornings easier! staff ensured a smooth experience. They were always available and attentive to requests. i noticed the hotel offered luggage storage. Very useful for late departures.

the breakfast was fine, not bad at all. i didn't find something i particularly loved, but it was adequate.
my room was a classic twin room small, and it was cramped. there was barely any room to open my suitcase, let alone move around comfortably. and, the softest bed i have ever experienced. it wasn't good for my back at all. i woke up with aches every morning. i don't know what mattress they used, but i hope it's been replaced by now.

The hotel's location is a short walk to Radhuspladsen and Tivoli.
The room was the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in, especially for a family. It reminded me of a waste of money. Cleanliness was a major issue for me. I mostly saw only one receptionist, who seemed to be doing everything from porter to housekeeper, and looked too overwhelmed. I felt sorry for the receptionist.

the room included a balcony and several outlets. beds were comfortable (i slept very well). the breakfast room was nicely laid out. it had plenty of choices including bread, scrambled eggs, and bacon.
the hotel description said parking was available, but i learned it was paid and at another location. transparency would help when planning my budget.
