the location WAS good. it was close to many attractions.
I was really disappointed. the air conditioning BARELY worked. the breakfast was not good either, offering limited and subpar options. The coffee tasted TERRIBLE and the service was slow and inattentive.

the staff was helpful. ayyoub, the morning receptionist, was particularly good. the cleaners maintained the rooms regularly and provided fresh towels daily. the bathroom was well-equipped and spacious, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning was not effective on the first day (it barely cooled the room). the breakfast options were quite limited. also the coffee was not good.

the hotel boasts a convenient central location, offering easy access to the medina and main square (it is really close to koutoubia mosque). the proximity to key attractions made exploring very easy. i walked everywhere.
