mixed bag, some good, some not so good
ventilation issues moldy smell
the staff were indeed accomodating and friendly, i even got upgraded to a larger room that night for free. i guess it was available. a lovely touch.
the room looked nice but it had ventilation issues. it smelled moldy after only one day. opening windows or turning on the bathroom vent didn't help at all. also, water was dripping down the windows constantly even when we weren't using the bathroom. what a mess!!!

convenient location modern design laundry services
The location is convenient near kuromon market and shopping streets. the room had a japanese modern design with comfortable furnishings. i appreciated the communal laundry services available. the building is modern with a balcony in the room. It worked well for fresh air.
the staff did not speak english fluently, so communication was a slight challenge at times.

this accommodation is within a ten-minute walk to several metro lines. namba station is easily accessible and provides easy connections to other areas. kuromon market is also nearby offering local delicacies.

clean hotel japanese decor kind staff
I found the hotel to be very clean. The room decor felt distinctly Japanese, offering a unique aesthetic. The hotel staff demonstrated kindness during my entire stay. I appreciated the affordable price given the quality of the room I had.
I noticed a significant gap under the door allowing cold air into the room. I had to use towels to block it.
