great river view
river promenade helpful staff great breakfast
the hotel is in a prime spot right on the river promenade, i noticed a beautiful view in both directions. i had a great breakfast. also, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom felt cramped with only one narrow shelf for toiletries. I found it hard to keep things organized. also, the extension lead felt cheap and was hard to plug into.

The location is magical! the hotel is right along the river, near shops and restaurants. the ferry to the island is conveniently located directly outside. This made exploring very easy.

fantastic location with friendly staff
ideal location rooftop terrace free parking
The location is unbeatable. It's right across from the ferry (this made beach trips easy). i found several restaurants nearby. parking was a short walk away and free, a nice bonus. the rooftop terrace offered a great spot to relax.
the bathroom felt dated. the shower head holder was broken, so i had to hold it while showering. the lack of proper ventilation also caused condensation issues.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, always offering assistance with a smile. they were very cute and quick to respond to any questions i had about the area or the hotel amenities. paulo and the team.

perfect location fresh fruit rooftop view
The hotel boasts a perfect location right on the river promenade. I enjoyed the fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries provided for breakfast! The rooftop terrace offered fabulous views, and it was super convenient to be so close to local eateries.

damp smell peeling paint
The location was acceptable.
The room smelled of damp. This was not the best. Paint was peeling from a wall and the fridge was not working. The bathroom door got stuck. I left it open to avoid being trapped.

central location friendly staff large breakfast small room dirty shower no lift
The hotel is located right on the waterfront. This provides easy access to boat trips. Staff were friendly. They gave good tips on local attractions. Breakfast was a large buffet with lots of choices.
My room was quite small. There was also very little space to put clothes. The bathroom needed updating. The shower grouting was dirty. No lift was available.
